Frequently asked

How do I sign in?

Three paths, all create the same account:

If you sign in via any path first and then switch to a different one with the same email, your accounts are automatically linked.

I'm not receiving the magic-link email.

Check your spam folder first. The sender is hello@concertqueue.com. If it's not there:

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. You'll need to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account, swipes, friendships, device tokens, and blocks. Reports and corrections you've filed are retained only as de-identified moderation or catalog audit records with your user ID removed and your free-text notes scrubbed.

If you can't access the app for some reason, email support@concertqueue.com and we'll process the deletion promptly, typically within a few days.

How do I report a wrong show (wrong genre, date, venue, etc.)?

Open the show's detail sheet → tap the menu icon (top right) → "Report a problem." Pick the matching reason:

An admin reviews every report; we aim to review promptly, typically within a few days. Accepted corrections update the show for everyone.

How do I report a user or hide them?

On any user's profile, tap the menu icon (top right):

Manage blocked users via Settings → Privacy → Blocked users.

Which Denver-area venues do you cover?

The full range: small clubs, mid-size theaters, large rooms, outdoor amphitheaters along the Front Range and the mountain corridor. Coverage grows over time. If you're not finding a specific show or have a venue request, email support@concertqueue.com.

Why isn't my friend showing up in search?

A few possible reasons:

Push notifications aren't working.

Check your phone's Settings → ConcertQueue → Notifications (the same path on iPhone and Android). Make sure they're allowed. Then in the app, Settings → Notifications, make sure the categories you want are toggled on. Every notification category is individually controllable, and turning off notification permission in your phone's settings stops all delivery.

If you switched phones recently, sign out + back in on the new device so we register the new APNs device token.

How do I change my username?

Settings → Username. Pick a new handle and it takes effect immediately. Handles must be unique, must be 2–20 characters starting with a lowercase letter (then lowercase letters, digits, or underscores), and aren't reserved, so a handle you free up may be claimed by someone else.

How does Calendar export work?

Settings → Calendar. There are two independent toggles: "Auto-add Going shows" and "Auto-add Interested shows." The first time you enable either, your phone asks permission for ConcertQueue to use its Calendar. Once enabled, every show you mark Going (and, if you turn on the second toggle, every show you mark Interested) gets added automatically. Events ConcertQueue adds to your device calendar will sync to any Google or Outlook account you've connected in your phone's settings, the same way your own events do. You can also export individual shows via the per-show "Add to Calendar" button.
